Anna Omodeo Salé

Lawyer

Family is the beginning of everything and everyone, for many a throwback and a destination, an intimate connection with our soul. The fundamental centre of society in every age and culture. For this reason, the study and practice of family law, of each family in the world, is for me a continuous inspiration and gratification, the perfect combination of passion and profession.

Anna Omodeo Salé was born in Vigevano (PV) in 1977.

In 2003 she graduated in Law cum laude from the University of Pavia.

She joined the Firm in 2003.

She was admitted to the Milan Bar Association as a lawyer in 2009.

Her area of expertise covers family law and children law in all their aspects, with a particular emphasis in cross-border and international cases, such as: separations, divorces, international child abductions, international adoption and recognition of family statuses obtained abroad.

She also deals with international succession law, managing high-complexity cases.

Anna is also devoted to continuing education and professional training in the specific fields of children law and family law. She regularly participates to meetings and training courses with a multidisciplinary approach.

Moreover, she teaches training courses and holds conferences for expert lawyers, as well as university lectures in the same fields.

She has provided legal advice to couples involved in family mediation procedures at the CTA (the Centre for Teenage Therapy of Milan).

Lastly, Anna is member of Reunite International, an international association of lawyers specialized in dealing with international children abduction cases.

She speaks English.
